Serv-Aero has developed, manufactured, and supported a number of products for other firms since its inception in 1947.  These items have ranged from entire engine conversion kits to much smaller items.  Generally these have been small volume items.  We continue that tradition today.  Please contact us with your needs and we will make every effort to make your project feasible. Supplemental Type Certificate Development And Support Serv-Aero has developed a number of STC'd products for other businesses.  Currently we build and support the VAZAR Aerospace (360-671-7817) PT6/DHC-3 Otter engine conversion, and we are now working to add the Walter M601E-11 engine as an optional engine.  Currently three 750 SHP models of the PT6A engine are available.  We are also working on a PT6 conversion for the DeHavilland DHC-2 Beaver aircraft for this same firm.  We are also working with a customer on an airframe modification to the Ayres Thrush aircraft. Custom Fabrication Serv-Aero will provide custom fabrication services of outside design products.  This may be only a "one-off" item or a low volume item that our facility can complete economically and on time.  As an example, we are in the preliminary stages of developing a production program for the major fabricated parts of a new aircraft tug.  Contact us with your requirements.
